Over the last number of months, SiriusXM has launched countless new channels in all music genres and categories imaginable. I have been so fortunate to work on lots of the new offerings in the Pop and Hip-Hop categories.
I think it really stands to SiriusXM that they have the ability to launch amazing stations at such scale, all year round. All channels have a team of programming, coordinators, Imaging Producers and Music co-ordinators. The team comes together to form ideas and scope for every new launch and being part of that process is really insightful.
Since beginning at SiriusXM, I rebranded Diplo’s Revolution, Eminem’s Shade 45 – and I continue to lead the Audio Branding for both of these channels – but new additions to the list include: 2010’s Hip Hop, Ten Spot, Soundcloud Radio, Pop2K, Pop2K Deep Cuts amongst more. The beauty of working on multiple forms of music is the ability to stay relevant and to constantly reinvent yourself.
